At the request of the Special Rapporteur on migrants, The Advocates for Human Rights and the National Network for Immigrant and Refugee Rights have compiled a submission to the Special Rapporteur outlining the situation relating to detention of migrants in the United States, key systemic failures to protect the human rights of migrants in the U.S., and priority recommendations.
