Marshall Community Services is a cooperative effort between the City of Marshall and Independent School District #413. It is a partnership dedicated to building a strong and vibrant community. The mission of Marshall Community Services is to promote or provide, through leadership, facilitation, partnerships, and collaboration, an enriched community experience for all citizens. Marshall Community Services provides community education and recreational opportunities for Marshall and the surrounding communities.
