The Joint Community Police Partnership (JCPP) is a collaborative effort of four cities (Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Richfield and Hopkins), Hennepin County and the Northwest Hennepin Human Service Council.

Its mission is to enhance communication and understanding between law enforcement officers and multicultural residents of these cities. By building trust and communication between the police and community members, the JCPP will ultimately improve the safety and livability of our communities.
