HarmonyWorks provides tools to help counteract the destructive forces of racism through building “collaborative models of unity”. They address this goal through a process that creates multiracial and multicultural collaborations in communities, schools, and the workplace for educational, social, and economic development projects.

HarmonyWorks is represented by a multicultural team of facilitators from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, diversity expertise, and proven collaborative capacity.
