Our mission is to develop the leadership skills of low-income youth and community members to improve education, address community based issues and be agents for change. We provide leadership development training through issue-based community organizing on issues such as equal and quality education which is one of the main reasons of poverty in our communities. We focus our projects on the needs and challenges facing youth of color, immigrant youth and their communities that face poverty. Our leadership training provides youth and activists with the tools they need in order to succeed in their schools, better their communities and achieve their goals.
