We are partners in the JCPP whose mission is to build bridges with New American Cultures and Law Enforcement.

Our goal is to provide the community with exceptional police and emergency medical services. As a first-ring suburb, we address many urban issues, but keep in mind the hometown feel of Brooklyn Center.

Services
A variety of prevention, response, and community support services exist to address basic needs, as well as emerging issues. We encourage you to take advantage of all our programs to ensure your family stays safe and our community remains a great place to live, work, and recreate.

Organization
Our department is made up of dedicated men and women who respond to questions, calls for service, investigations, and non-emergency and emergency situations. We have crime prevention programs established for public education, youth and schools, cultural diversity, neighborhoods, and businesses. Wonderful opportunities exist to be a public safety volunteer and help make our community even better.
