What is the One Voice Minnesota Network?
The One Voice Minnesota network brings together individuals, organizations, groups, and institutions across Minnesota that are interested in building welcoming communities (see our member list). The One Voice Minnesota network helps members collaborate with other organizations around the state and provides the tools and resources necessary to help communities thrive as they diversify.

Why Become a Member?
All network members receive a monthly newsletter highlighting network activities, local events, useful resources, and a hot topic in the news. All members also have access to the One Voice Minnesota website, which has an events calendar, member directory, reports and facts on immigration, toolkits for taking action locally or nationally, and more.

The Advocates for Human Rights offers trainings and presentations to network members on a wide range of topics: Immigration Law and Policy 101, Building Welcoming Communities, A Human Rights Approach to Immigration, Know Your Rights for Immigrants, and more. Presentations can be tailored to the audience. The Advocates’ specialized resources include media monitoring kits, civic engagement tools, and other materials.

The Advocates works closely with select network members to design and implement targeted community interventions, such as an immigration film series, community dialogues, media monitoring campaigns, and other activities designed to help communities integrate new arrivals and long-term residents, combat bias and misinformation, and build welcoming communities for all.

Through the network, pro-immigrant organizations and individuals around the state are able to combine forces to accomplish shared goals. Network membership gives groups a larger voice in public debates about immigration and the role it plays in this state. Join this growing community of people interested in making a positive difference in their communities.
